Our shipping policy ensures a smooth and reliable delivery experience for our customers. We strive to process and ship orders promptly, typically within 7-10 business days of purchase. For international orders, please note that additional customs fees and import duties may apply, which are the responsibility of the recipient. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Nayagi, we understand the importance of finding the perfect fit and ensuring the highest quality in your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer exchanges and returns under the following conditions:

Sizing Errors: If you receive an item that doesn't fit as expected, you may request an exchange for the correct size within 1 day of receiving the order. Upon availability, we will arrange for an exchange.(Please refer to (3) for more information on the exchange) To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.

Sarees may have slight irregularities or imperfections in color, embellishment, or weaving. Any weaving or embroidery irregularities or shade variations are characteristic of the fabric and cannot be considered defects.
